I obtained quotes a few months in advance from a couple of other agencies, but when it was time to pull the trigger, they were all unresponsive. I put out feelers for a few more companies and Tina Wilson was the first to respond. I rarely call the Agency, but when I do I am on hold for inordinate amounts of time. The last time (today), I was on hold for 25+ minutes to get an answer to my question in 2 minutes. The young lady who finally answered my call was professional, apologetic and very helpful. You all have a MANAGEMENT problem (not a phone answerer problem) that needs to be fixed. Management is doing a disservice to the employees who have to field the calls.
