I can't say enough good things about John Grimaldi. He is a diligent, honest insurance agent. He has the best interest of his clients at heart. When I reach out with any issue I hear back within 10 minutes, if that long, with the answer or action I need. He is a rare individual and someone who takes seriously the responsibility he has as insurance agent for our business. This, in turn, gives me quite a bit of peace of mind.
