Called Fountain Roberson Anderson looking for a liability policy. I had to call back multiple times to get things going and after weeks with no response I called back and was told they didn't understand what I needed. I clarified with the agent and he said he would work on it. Once again called back twice and no return calls. Called today and another agent answered and said he would follow up.
