Wow!...They answer the phone, their professional....The pricing is fair...So I switched...I got a binder, an easy website to access and a live person that is at an office....not remote in jammies....when you call a person answers the phone without pushing buttons ...no rebo folks here... kudos!
Said they would call back with info then just ghosted me bc I wasn't worth the trouble I guess. I only called them bc they sent me a flyer in the mail. Don't send me a flyer to contact you then just ghost me bc I'm not worth your time.
Tyler and the folks at Four Rivers are GREAT! They have bent over backwards to make sure I have the best available insurance for my price range. I'd highly recommend these folks for any insurance needs.
