This place is just not worth it. Go directly to the insurance company. Jason who runs it doesn’t follow up on calls, literally almost didn’t have insurance because the family left for vacation without following up with me after two weeks of trying to work with them…. They were just gonna let it go. Nothing but headaches left and right. The only person who’s ever been helpful there is Kelsey. She is amazing and if for some reason you go there I would recommend you ask for her. Honestly now looking else where.
My agent Kelsey did a wonderful job explaining and helping me to get my insurance switched over quickly! Far better rates than many others I highly recommend the company and the services they provide!
If I could describe Francis Family Insurance in one word it would be STELLAR. Francis Family Insurance took care of me, and Kelsey answered all of my questions within minutes. Google lets me choose 5 stars when I would choose 10.
Would not use this company. Very unprofessional. Terrible follow-up. Ended up with insurance cancelled due to lack of follow up by agent. Will never use or recommend. Too much hassle and risk!
