We recently moved our personal and business insurance needs to Fuerst Insurance Services and are immensely pleased with the switch. Carlette graciously answered all questions and ensured we received the best coverage at a reasonable price that was much less than what we paid previously. We have recommended Carlette and her agency to family and friends because of the great customer service.
Carlette was fantastic and really took the time to compare my current policy with other options. Not only did save me money for the same coverage, she also took the time to help me understand my policies and their coverage. I would highly recommend working with her.
If I could provide her with zero stars, I would. My husband was in a car accident which resulted in his car being totaled. I contacted Carlette to find out what the next steps should be as this is the recommendation per Erie's website. "Contact insurance agent". Looking for builders risk insurance as we are going to build a new home soon. After sending emails without a response, I called to find out now the insurance he quoted us, he can no longer get. The whole process was very strange from the start. I guess should of went with my gut, when I felt this was weird for the get go. Total waste of time!
We have been a client of Fuerst Insurance for several years and have been very satisfied with how Carlette has been proactive in making sure we have the proper coverage for our home and auto.
