We recently moved our personal and business insurance needs to Fuerst Insurance Services and are immensely pleased with the switch. Carlette graciously answered all questions and ensured we received the best coverage at a reasonable price that was much less than what we paid previously. Carlette was fantastic and really took the time to compare my current policy with other options. Not only did save me money for the same coverage, she also took the time to help me understand my policies and their coverage. I would highly recommend working with her.

Carlette goes above and beyond for my tree business insurance. She handles everything and is super thorough! I couldn’t thank her enough for always keeping me up to date with anything involving my business insurance. Her customer service is also exceptional! I would highly recommend her to anyone!

If I could provide her with zero stars, I would. My husband was in a car accident which resulted in his car being totaled. I contacted Carlette to find out what the next steps should be as this is the recommendation per Erie's website. "Contact insurance agent". I did this and Carlette's response was "I'm not sure" call this number and she gave me an 800 number to dial.
