There is no customer service for business accounts. Once you get a policy there is no contact no return calls or emails if you need to make a change in your policy no one contacts you back so you end up paying for stuff you dont need and not insuring what you do need. 2 months to change drivers on a co.pany policy is simply too long and two weeks more pass and still no call. Looks like we are going to be looking for some estimates and change our insurance soon.
