Contacted Mr. Galo for quotes on 5 insurance policies to be written by Erie. I didn't hear back from them for a week and had to call back. It took them another few days to send me a quote on 2 auto policies which were not separated into 2 single quotes and no quotes on the other 3 policies. He told me that they wouldn't give me a quote on my homeowner's insurance becaue I had made a claim on the roof and he had too many roof claims.
