Contacted Mr. Galo for quotes on 5 insurance policies to be written by Erie. I didn't hear back from them for a week and had to call back. It took them another few days to send me a quote on 2 auto policies which were not separated into 2 single quotes and no quotes on the other 3 policies. He told me that they wouldn't give me a quote on my homeowner's insurance becaue I had made a claim on the roof and he had too many roof claims. We have been with Steve Galo for ten years now and have nothing but positive things to say. We switched from a top tier insurance company we had been using for the past 25 years only to be disappointed year after year due to questionable increases. Steve and his staff are conscientious, amenable, and knowledgeable. My hubby and I have several policies with Galo, and I couldn't be happier there. I trust wholeheartedly that Steve has our best interests in mind. We both consider him a dear friend! Run, do not walk there for your insurance needs!
Steve, thank you and truly appreciate our 8 long years of relation. You have been there with me all along my journey helping with all my insurance needs and guide during good and bad times.
