SO NICE!!!!! I think it was heather that answered the phone and she could not have been more helpful and pleasant to deal with. I work at a car dealership and talk to a lot of banks and insurance companies, and this is one of the good ones!!
I have been a customer of this agency for 20 years. During my visit, an employee violated my confidentiality by posting/sharing information about my visit and policy to others. The customer service abruptly stopped when this was revealed. Gary Maxwell was more concerned with defending his employee, then addressing the issue. I cancelled my insurance and I suggest others might want to deal with Swallows Insurance.
