I had a very disappointing experience due to the behavior of one staff member. She was extremely rude and unprofessional, which made what should have been a simple interaction uncomfortable. Customer service is important, and unfortunately this was completely lacking. I hope management addresses this issue, as it reflects poorly on the business. Very Karen behavior for a heather

This place has the worst employees. Heather is immature, unprofessional, hostile, and downright rude. Instead of admitting her own mistakes she makes it out that you are the one at fault and is sure to try and embarrass you in front of everyone. In reality that’s just embarrassing herself and the business she works for, I’m not sure how a business could be proud to have her as an employee if they actually took the time to look into her. Heather has been the best help by far! She is kind and quick with time sensitive tasks. She goes above and beyond to explain the processes. Heather doesn’t make any assumptions, isn’t money hungry. She really has your back!

J.P. is awesome! I have recommended him to anyone who has mentioned insurance. He was so thorough for us. He checked several quotes to make sure we got the best price. They are super friendly and accommodating, I had to come in more than once with three children and didn’t feel like I was putting anyone out. 10/10 recommend. Would give more than five stars if I could.
