You cannot get in touch with anyone at this insurance company. I have called and emailed just about everyone at this company to get an updated mortgagee clause, it has been a week and not a single reply from anyone. No one answers the phone and when they do they pass the buck to someone else. It's very frustrating.
I have all my insurances with them because of their great staff and professionalism
