Used this firm to switch insurances for home and auto. Saved me close to $1000 for coverage that was similar or better in areas. Was very quick and easy. I have not yet had to use the insurance, we'll see how that is when the time comes, but switching was easy.

I’ve had policies with Goodman for about a year and I haven’t had to call them until recently. My first call was a few months ago when I wanted to compare quotes. Jennifer responded, “it’s not time to compare quotes yet since your policy ends in June”. When I insisted that I would like to compare early, she begrudgingly complied. I had a difficult transition with Goodman insurance. It seems they are not very detail oriented. An updated policy oversight on their part, under two months after switching, they informed me I had around two weeks to find new insurance. The policy they signed us up for was no longer insuring our family due to the oversight regarding the style of our roof.
