Erie Insurance lost a customer of 20 years today and I couldn’t be happier. I saved by finding another carrier. I do not recommend Timmy Harless for ANY insurance needs. After talking to Erie Customer Service and other Agents and Agencies and his District Sales Manager Carolyn Reger Timmy can refuse Customers or coverage on certain vehicles even if Erie allows it and the underwriters allow it.
