I have been a customer of High and Rubish for roughly a decade, to say the least they are the epitome of outstanding customer service. Anytime I have ever needed help or had a question they have answered promptly and efficiently, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to start or renew their insurance. I have nothing but good things to say regarding every single person who works there, they go above and beyond to provide the best rate for the highest tier policy. They truly care about their customers and it shows.

Laura has always gotten us the help we need and navigated us through our insurance needs as they have grown and evolved along with our business. Jeff and Chris are my go to insurance folks. They are knowledge and helpful about my personal and professional policies. They meet with me from time to time to ensure everything is good. Their staff always answers my calls and e-mails promptly. The only time we needed to make a flood insurance claim, Jeff was wearing rubber boots and going through the building before the water even receded! I can’t recommend them enough.
We have used High and Rubish for more than a decade now. Their customer service is very good. They are lightning fast when we need to make changes or updates to policies, need a CoI, etc. I am very pleased. Chris and Traci do an excellent job for us.
