I have been a customer of High and Rubish for roughly a decade, to say the least they are the epitome of outstanding customer service. Anytime I have ever needed help or had a question they have answered promptly and efficiently, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to start or renew their insurance. I have nothing but good things to say regarding every single person who works there, they go above and beyond to provide the best rate for the highest tier policy. They truly care about their customers and it shows.

Always incredibly responsive, helpful and on top of their game to make sure we have the coverage we need for our business. I recommend them to everyone I know. We are coming up on 8 years with High& Rubish, Laura Pope has helped us navigate all the "fun" things in the insurance coverage world and is always gently there to remind us when an audit or bill due date is coming up. Everyone at High and Rubish is great! I have done business with them for about 15 years and I have always received the best customer service, pricing and guidance. They are all extremely professional, yet Jeff Rubish always made me feel like he was taking care of family. Laura Pope, Sarah Cox and Conner Tucker have created that same feeling as well.
