Jeff and Chris are my go to insurance folks. They are knowledge and helpful about my personal and professional policies. They meet with me from time to time to ensure everything is good. Their staff always answers my calls and e-mails promptly. The only time we needed to make a flood insurance claim, Jeff was wearing rubber boots and going through the building before the water even receded! I can’t recommend them enough.

We have used High and Rubish for more than a decade now. Their customer service is very good. They are lightning fast when we need to make changes or updates to policies, need a CoI, etc. I am very pleased. Chris and Traci do an excellent job for us.

Traci Serrano was my sister's insurance agent, and after my sister had a stroke, I had her power of attorney. Traci was terrific then. And she was terrific again after my sister died and I found that she had had no homeowner's insurance. Traci has been quick, competent, empathetic, and effective! I give her the very highest recommendation.
