We have used High and Rubish for more than a decade now. Their customer service is very good. They are lightning fast when we need to make changes or updates to policies, need a CoI, etc. I am very pleased. Chris and Traci do an excellent job for us.

Traci Serrano was my sister's insurance agent, and after my sister had a stroke, I had her power of attorney. Traci was terrific then. And she was terrific again after my sister died and I found that she had had no homeowner's insurance. Traci has been quick, competent, empathetic, and effective! I give her the very highest recommendation.

High and Rubish have been wonderful to work with! Jeff and his team truly took the time to get to know us and our insurance needs, especially as we recently bought a house. I have used Jeff Rubish and his agency for over 30 years for all my personal and business insurance. They have always gone out of their way to make sure I had the correct policy and more importantly the right amount of insurance. We've filed several claims over the years and have always had a great response from his carriers. Met Jeff through my brother Oscar, he quoted me for my business, and he found me a very good decent quote, even though my business is fairly n registered he worked hard to good fair price. Honest man those hard to find now a days.
