Providing options with financially secure, old-school insurance companies like Erie Insurance that offer transparent and expansive coverage options whether they be renters, vehicle, etc. Insurance agent Rita deserves special mention as she's knowledgeable about all the offerings, incl. the fine print. Also dealt with Lucas who was able to provide a list of vehicle rates from comparable insurance providers so I could make the choice based on personal criteria.

Jim is and has always been a great resource and partner in our insurance world. We have a lot of vehicles, motorcycles, etc. and Jim has always taken the time to walk us through any policy questions step by step.
