Switched to Erie, got everything changed over and cancelled my other insurance. Get a letter a month and a half later that an inspector was on my property and I have overhanging trees and my roof isn’t up to their standard. I just had it inspected by a roofing company and they said it is fine. Why have me cancel my other insurance and now I am stuck with a cancelled policy and scrambling. What a piss poor business model and a crappy way to treat your customers.
I recently switched my automobile insurance company to Erie/ Highfield Insurance. My agent, Lucas, was so helpful and provided all the information and answered all of my questions I needed in a timely and efficient manner. It was so nice to have confidence to switch and I have a much better priced policy. I was impressed with the great service.
