Jim is and has always been a great resource and partner in our insurance world. We have a lot of vehicles, motorcycles, etc. and Jim has always taken the time to walk us through any policy questions step by step. I never have to play Phone Tag or worry about following up when we need something because I know they’ll be timely in their response and support. I've been a client of Highfield Insurance Agency since 2015. I have my Auto and Homeowner coverage with them and I'm satisfy with my coverage and cost. The staff is very friendly and professional at all times. They explain my coverages and limits of protection so you'll fully understand your policy. I'm totally happy with Jim's Agency. Keep in mind that a cheaper premium of cost does not mean it's better coverage. Erie has bell and whistle that other companies do not offer.
Providing options with financially secure, old-school insurance companies like Erie Insurance that offer transparent and expansive coverage options whether they be renters, vehicle, etc. Insurance agent Rita deserves special mention as she's knowledgeable about all the offerings, incl. the fine print. Also dealt with Lucas who was able to provide a list of vehicle rates from comparable insurance providers so I could make the choice based on personal criteria.
