Not happy with this agent. Supposedly Erie got hacked and they could not issue the paperwork to prove your coverage. Since I was on a trip on 6/27/25 he was able to issue me a temporary fix. Which I received a text confirmation photo of my coverage. Well we have never been billed. Today 8/25/25 my husband called to see what’s going on and the lady found no proof of our coverage. Very reasonable prices on auto an home insurance, very helpful and on top of assisting you if you may need to file a claim.. An Gary also has some pretty amazing assistance working out in the front of the office, there to greet you with a friendly face and kind words an will help you however they can.. I strongly recommend this Pacific insurance company they meet your needs with the up most respect and friendly service and have awesome staff...
Our local location did a great job. But the corporate offices, and some guy in Fairmont, gave us very bad information. This has caused serious delays in getting things finalized not to mention a very rude lady in Parkersburg. But we do appreciate the good people in Big Chimney who've always been wonderful people!
Ladies in front are nice, but Mr Holstein, if you do not have a big policy, is not interested in how you are treated. He stops contacting you until you call multiple times, did not come in a timely manner to take pics for Erie, told me “don’t worry about it, we’ll write you w/another company.” Then calls me back, after my policy had cancelled & states, “I’m sorry, there’s nothing we can do. Unless you want to pay a higher premium.”
