My daughter lives in Germany but owns property in Ohio and Horizon writes the policy for her. She needed some information to be emailed ASAP for a closing and Mara and Brian got the job done in minutes, even though it was very close to closing time. They saved the day once again. This agency goes above and beyond. Do yourself a favor and call them the next time you need an agent that will work for you. You want Horizon on your team.

I reached out to Horizon after being dissatisfied with my policy from one of the big companies. My rates kept climbing while the service seemed to decline. I called Horizon and a representative immediately picked up the phone and answered all my questions and took my information. The representative was pleasant, knowledgeable and it felt like how business used to be done. I love working with Brian and all of the other agents at Horizon. When I call they know me. They are happy to speak to me and answer all of my questions and address any of my concerns. They work quickly to resolve any issues I have ever had. They are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They have taken care of all of my insurance needs for 20 years and I can't imagine better service anywhere.

Our experience with Horizon Insurance has been leagues above the rest. Horizon handles all of our policies; home, auto, etc. Mara, Kathleen, Brian, EVERYONE at Horizon is amazing. They are always there for me when I need to make a quick change or need a certificate, etc and are very prompt to deliver. I recommend them to all of our friends and family and anyone who reads this.
