Unbelievably bad customer care and FRUSTRATING experience. None of the account managers has yet to call me back despite my messaging via web chat every day. All the advisors say is " I will email the department and wait 24 hours". Nothing happens, no one calls back. I reached out to Horizon after being dissatisfied with my policy from one of the big companies. My rates kept climbing while the service seemed to decline. I called Horizon and a representative immediately picked up the phone and answered all my questions and took my information. The representative was pleasant, knowledgeable and it felt like how business used to be done. I cannot recommend Horizon Insurance Services enough! My daughter is moving from Maryland to my hometown of Columbus, Ohio and needed renters and auto insurance. I called seven other companies prior to Horizon, and either got an automated message, or no one was available to talk to me. I called Horizon and I explained my situation and was transferred to Andy MacKinnon right away. Andy was friendly, informative, and walked me through the whole process.
