First made contact with Maggie Cuminskey. After explaining my situation (two claims with my previous insurance company resulting in non renewal) and confirming Howard & Gay Insurance does work with Connecticut Fairplan Maggie went ghost. When I initially spoke with her she did admitted that they (I assume insurance agents in general not her company) do not like working with CT fair plan but noted she would get back to me.
