I did not have a good experience with this Agency. I asked to drop a car and while I understand that the insurance company we were using locks rates until you make a change, I was not in a place where I could discuss this with Lettie who is the president of this agency. I was frustrated and will say that up front but was communicating to her that I was not in a place I could discuss, she kept pushing and needing to have the last word until I hung up on her. I was with this agency for 1 year. Left and went to a different agent, who sold me the same insurance company. He saved me money and got me better coverage. Would not recommend Hull & Hull.
Lettie and Molly are so professional and truly provide great service. The minute you walk into their office, the environment is very inviting and they are so polite. They provide great service and are extremely friendly, even over the phone!
