This is the worst agency I've ever dealt with! 1. They can't write new policies anymore because they got dropped by insurance carriers for writing crappy policies. 2. They waited until less than two weeks before my policy expiration date to send me an email saying that they can't write anymore policies. Leaving me scrambling to find a new one ASAP. 3. Customer service is none excitant. They are completely clueless and useless.
My representative is Fred Dabiri who is fantastic. Not only is he timely with responses, but his services are immaculate. He always takes the time to response to any questions I have and update my account as needed. Independent Group Agency has constantly found ways for me to save money - and have always provided DISCOUNTS. After having insurance for only 6 months, I received a letter telling me they lowered my insurance $450 dollars for the following 6 months - for me that equated to dropping my payment $75.00 per month!
