I had a wreck and had full coverage and they only paid $600 when my car should have been paid off when I only owed $1,700. I was told that my sunroof lowered the value of my car which usually highers the value of any vehicle. I was paying $280 a month and I felt like I was just done wrong.
I have no complaints about this company. I have been treated fairly. When I need them they are always available.
This is the best insurance agency I have every done business with. I have dealt with a few. Tonya is a great agent. She’s so helpful and knowledgeable about whatever it is I need. I would definitely recommend this agency.
