Worst customer service/experience in the whole business of insurance. I would give them 0 if I could, especially the younger girl in the office. She has an attitude and not willing to assist her customer, she acts like she don't want to do her job. Girl, you shouldn't be in this line of work if you are acting this way towards your customer! I would not give them anymore business. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. And if you read this you shouldn't have business with them.
