Tammy Taylor was a tremendous help when our homeowners insurance company threatened to cancel our policy. She gave us correct advice as to what actions we should take — which we did —and she coordinated with the insurance company facilitating a review our case. The end result was positive for us. We kept that policy and it’s been smooth sailing since. In other actions she has been quick to make auto policy changes when our vehicles have changed.
