Audrey is awesome! We got dropped by State Farm and had a small window of time to be able to get new insurance for our business. We had a lot of coverage with multiple work vehicles, two food trucks, a liquor license, and a restaurant. She explained everything to me so I fully understood what I needed. I requested a quote for several rental properties from Patrick Frendella at Iron City Insurance Brokers. He requested a lot of information and required multiple phone calls in addition to my prior policies. He stated he would get back to me with a wholesale quote without any a clear timeline. He never provided updates on the progress despite two follow ups and eventually stopped responding.
