I requested a quote for several rental properties from Patrick Frendella at Iron City Insurance Brokers. He requested a lot of information and required multiple phone calls in addition to my prior policies. He stated he would get back to me with a wholesale quote without any a clear timeline. He never provided updates on the progress despite two follow ups and eventually stopped responding.
