Very surprised by my discoveries today, maybe its on me but I thought after years with Iron city they would shop around your insurance every renewal, I guess that’s why I assumed you used a brokerage. Not sure if my agent is just overworked or tired of the business or what the deal is but basically I have Home, Auto, and a personal article plan. I've been working with Audrey at Iron City Insurance for the last 3 years and have found her to be exceptional! I switched to her from my previous broker at the recommendation of my mortgage broker (Michelle King) and it has paid off. Audrey not only got me better rates on my homeowner's insurance, but she was also able to find deals that bundled my car and my wife's car into the same plan. I'd highly recommend reaching out to Audrey if you're looking for better rates.
Audrey has been my family's agent for several years now and she has been so incredibly kind and helpful. Always making sure we're getting the best policy for our needs- everything we need and nothing we don't. And the best part is you can tell she is truly joyful to be doing what she does.
