I stopped in to purchase a new HO policy and was met by the receptionist who clearly needs customer service training. She barely acknowledged us and was not friendly or welcoming. Once we met with Leticia, she did a great job explaining the policy limitations and provisions. First impressions are really important for potential new customers and the receptionist experience almost had us walking out the door.
I have to admit most insurance places are just there for the money, but ever since we switch to this place we’ve really loved the personal experience and devotion from our agent Kacey! She has made working with the big “companies” so much easier and definitely a lot less stressful!! Sometimes you get so frustrated with the big companies because all you are to them is just a policy number but working with her as been a real pleasure! 5 stars isn’t enough for her!! Would recommend her to anyone!!
