I have worked with J.E. Schenk & Associates for a handful of years now and have always been very pleased with their service. They are responsive and helpful with all my questions and policy changes. I currently have my homeowners and auto insurance through them and I previously had renters insurance with them. Very happy to continue working with them!
I am truly happy with the company and my agent they are excellent in what they do great job don't chang a thing its working
So far they are the best I've dealt with via email and over the phone. Everyone seem to be knowledgeable and patient making them very easy and peaceful to work with. Best of all the got my insurance rate at over $100 cheaper then what I'm currently paying and any other insurance company would offer for the same coverage but they offer a few more perks.
I have been with J.E. Schenk & Associates for over 25 years!!! Always courteous, responsive, knowledgeable and caring. Cindy Cooley assisted with the last update to our auto policy and was an absolute joy to work with! My husband and I love the "family" feel of the company, and look forward to many more years with this team as our insurance provider!
