I am a costume ,early July I reported them my roof is linking, the agent told me it's covered ! After a week they sent some inspection, than adjuster called me said after he received the paper will send me check, but July 18th I received voice mail from the adjuster, he said not covered because it's nail pop ! I have two construction professionals said that no nail pop ! They also said I didn't reported early ! I paid money for something happened, but Eric do everything no covered ! It's bed business! I would recommend Erie Insurance to anyone looking for auto, home, or renter's insurance. I have had nothing but great experiences, and Yvonne in particular has been very professional, reliable, and attentive in getting back to me in a timely manner for any questions or concerns.

I've had my home and auto insurance with Miceli Agency for decades. There have been a few times when I was approached by other insurance companies to give me a quote, but none could beat the rates that I get through Miceli. Aside from the rates, every time that I call with a question or a concern, the ladies who answer the phone are always courteous and professional. They are always willing to discuss my options to lower my rates.

Miceli Insurance Agency is many steps above others. We carried a policy with another Erie agency for over 40 years! After that agency changed ownership, the service suffered severely! It was difficult to contact that office, have continuity with an agent, we never received any counseling or recommendations. We liked Erie, but could no longer tolerate our original agency. My husband and I spoke with a supervisor today because I had a simple question about my policy I needed clarification on. The supervisor was extremely aggressive.She mentioned me speaking with the previous rep so basically it was no need to talk with her. She yelled when I asked her to please hear me.
