I moved from North Carolina to Johnson City Tennessee. I'm a military veteran. I have had several insurance companies that claim they are military friendly. However my bill was sky high! The staff at Jones Insurance have always gone the extra mile in providing quality customer care and service and a great product which has always met my insurance needs. Claims have always been dealt with in a timely, professional manner and they have helped me work through the process even when it wasn’t their responsibility. You can’t go wrong working with Bill and his staff. I’d recommend them to anyone desiring home and auto policies.

I have done business with Bill since around 2008 and have continued with them even though I moved out of the area to another state. Both Bill and especially Darlene have give exemplary service in the time I have know them. I give my highest recommendation to these fine people!
