Beau Wimpee and his team are the best at what they do, period. I have had bad experiences with agents in the past. Poor communication, lack of follow-through, very few actually do what they say they will do. My commercial insurance at the previous company doubled, and despite the fact that I asked my agent to start shopping around 2 to 3 months before it was time to renew, I was only notified of the change five days before my renewal date.
