My husband and I have had Erie Insurance for more than 50 years. The previous agent was readily available, personable and efficient. The Kartsonas Agency took over our policies when that agent retired. Over the last few years, there have been problems with policy communications and clear responses. Al needs to find a better more professional CSR. Two years in a row, I've called with simple policy questions and received very poor attitude & customer service from "Tony." Completely taken back because have never received poor service from this agency in the past.
Been with them since I was 16yrs old I'm 40 now great service and tony has always been helpful in everything I've called for
