My husband and I have had Erie Insurance for more than 50 years. The previous agent was readily available, personable and efficient. Al needs to find a better more professional CSR. Two years in a row, I've called with simple policy questions and received very poor attitude & customer service from "Tony." Completely taken back because have never received poor service from this agency in the past.
Been with them since I was 16yrs old I'm 40 now great service and tony has always been helpful in everything I've called for
These guys really are the best. Everyone is super nice and anytime I need an insurance quote or insurance related, they are right on it 👍would HIGHLY recommend
