Mark King was extremely rude and dismissive of me when trying to speak to him in a professional manner. He rushed me off the phone and told me he did not to be “coached” on how to do his job. I simply was trying to explain an insurance plans benefits. I am still in shock that a person could be so unprofessional and cold hearted. I can not believe someone could be so condescending. I have been with Mark since I retired and started getting Medicare. He is very friendly and goes over the top to answer my medical coverage questions. I have the opportunity every year to change plans during the open enrollment period but I have no reason to change nor do I want to.
