I have had Keller Insurance for the past 5 years. I had multiple issues on them not following through with what they said they would do. I have a rental property that was insured with them. Originally, I set up a separate mailing address as I do not live at the rental property. Twice, they sent multiple documents including a $5,000 check to the physical property. Furthermore, they do not have the audacity to call me back and own their mistakes. I would not recommend this company.
Keller Insurance provides affordable car insurance with outstanding service. I've been with this company for five years, they appreciate my business and go above and beyond to keep it.
