Kent and Associates had pretty good prices while we were shopping for insurance, but unfortunately, when we were able to find a better insurance company, we called Kyle to make sure our cancelation was verified. But to our surprise, we were met with a very rude and disrespectful attitude from him saying, " Why did you waste our time?" and being hung up on. My agent of about 5 years sold his business so I was looking for a local agency to handle my multiple business & personal policies (6 total). I also had a simple policy question answered as well. I don’t remember the name of the blatantly ignorant individual (male) that I spoke to but, he totally misunderstood my question & kept cutting me off when I repeatedly attempted to clarify the question. Asked to speak to Kent. Told not available. Very, very, very RUDE. Great service and pricing with Kent. Son is Kyle and he has the greatest chip on his shoulder. Going elsewhere. He was Extremely rude to me and my daughter in law.
Erie has excellent insurance and the agents at Kent Mittrick and Associates are always here to help. Remember every situation is different and theres a-lot of fraud everywhere including the insurance industry. Cheaper is NOT always better, so call Kent Mittrick and associates so they can take care of your local insurance needs.
