My agent of about 5 years sold his business so I was looking for a local agency to handle my multiple business & personal policies (6 total). I also had a simple policy question answered as well. Asked to speak to Kent. Told not available. Very, very, very RUDE. Great service and pricing with Kent. Son is Kyle and he has the greatest chip on his shoulder. Going elsewhere. He was Extremely rude to me and my daughter in law.
Erie has excellent insurance and the agents at Kent Mittrick and Associates are always here to help.
