I found Gina Kidd very difficult to converse with as she has a tendency to talk over you rather than listen to your concerns. She was not readily available when you need questions answered, sometimes not returning my phone calls for several days then she acted as if I was bothering her. My automobile premium went from $625 per year to $2148 in December. She made no effort to call or contact me to help me find a better rate with a different company. If you want the Real, Personal experience, I Highly Recommend Kidd's Insurance!! It took me over a year to finally find a real person who would talk to me, explain everything to me and end up saving me a whole lot of money!! You won't regret giving her a call
