I requested a quote, as homeowners tend to do, and Mr. Kight acted like I absolutely wasted all his time. He spoke down to me the entire phone call and generally made me feel like I didn’t know anything about anything. The rudest two minute phone call I’ve ever experienced. I wish I could get those two minutes back, but at least I don’t treat people like this guy does.
Worst phone call. Wouldn't even answer a single question and hung up on me. Contacting BBB and Erie Insurance to let them know how he's treating people. Obviously it's not just me. Others say the same thing. I wish I could give 0 stars
Very helpful and they were able to get me a great price on insurance. I like that they are local and available for questions.
