Don’t bother with him. You will have to do everything yourself. Paul never deals with the issues you want addressed. He focuses on the nonissues like a dog with a bone. I had contacted him with a time sensitive problem with my address that almost cost me money & coverage. He took so long I contacted Progressive myself & fixed the issue. Then he tells me I should have gone to him when I had already tried more than once. Find someone else to deal with, you will be better off in the long run.
