They were super nice and helpful in the beginning but now I can’t get a hold of anyone. Called multiple times to add a vehicle and they never returned my call. I’ve just resorted to calling progressive’s 1800 number and get great service through them

The best and quickest type of insurance company I've ever been to. There was not a lot of fluff just get and go insurance. There was not a lot of sales just pay for it and you're good to go. I liked it a lot! I don't like a lot of sales and talk about this or that I just want my insurance!
They are friendly most of the time but I just can't seem to get past the fact that every time I call they don't answer the phone and they NEVER do callbacks. Edit -nope. Im up until past midnight and I've done it several days in a row before and I always end up having to drive over from pendelton where I live. Nice try though. This has also happened on 4+ occasions.
Sarah was very helpful and I was able to get a new insurance policy with ease and affordable. She worked at discounts I needed and was friendly. She is a single mom and has kids in a homey feeling house off the highway. Wasn't worth criticism but gave me grace that I was in a place I'm proud to support.
