I do not take leaving negative reviews lightly, but my experience with Little Miami Insurance Group has been unacceptable. From the outset, their communication has been rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Nicholas Tenhundfeld, one of their representatives, spoke to me in a condescending and confrontational tone during a phone call. When I attempted to express valid concerns, he dismissed them outright. The call ended abruptly, and instead of taking responsibility, he accused me of hanging up.
