Writing here because no other option given…. Very unprofessional, bri who claims she is the only person to report to needs more training. Not a good look for low cost. She laughs, interrupted me several times but with more education she could maybe be a successful manager. She definitely knows the phrase I don’t know.. hopefully she gets the training needed to be better! My daughter bought a new car and with minutes before closing the two young ladies waited on us and went above and beyond what was expected of them to make sure she had coverage! They are an asset to the company and should be recognized and rewarded. Great customer srvice!

I Do not recommend! It takes lots of consistency to get through to them over the phone and when you do manage to get your call answered they respond with a bad attitude and rude remarks! I will be taking my business elsewhere

This company has some of the RUDEST people working there. They are a mother- daughter team that shouldn't even be working together. They need intenes training to better their customer service skills and proper phone etiquette. I will never do business with company and I will never send them any business and my word of mouth is powerful!!!!!

Because, it's been going on 7 week's since my accident. They are not finished with the paper work. They are taking their sweet time. Now another truck payment is due in a couple of days.
