First off if you need insurance this is the place they will help you find the best deals possible. It doesn't matter who helps you everyone is really kind and really informative. If something doesn't work for you they will do everything in their power to help make it work. Oscar and Mckenzie are excellent help and got me the insurance i need for a far price. They made it easy to change coverage on our home and personal auto and saved us money on our homeowners policy after claims on prior policy increased rates dramatically.
Had a troubling experience with Maiden Insurance. After a positive initial call with Oscar, a follow-up conversation turned hostile. He attempted to manipulate me into giving up my interest in a jointly owned vehicle and tried to remove me from a home insurance policy. He also used misleading and contradictory statements to pressure me. It was extremely unprofessional. I am very disappointed with how I was treated and I hope this review will lead to neccesary conversations and or training required at this organization.
I would highly suggest Maiden Insurance if you are looking for an easy and transparent experience finding an option that works best for you. Very friendly and knowledgeable
