Had a troubling experience with Maiden Insurance. After a positive initial call with Oscar, a follow-up conversation turned hostile. He attempted to manipulate me into giving up my interest in a jointly owned vehicle and tried to remove me from a home insurance policy. He also used misleading and contradictory statements to pressure me. It was extremely unprofessional. I am very disappointed with how I was treated and I hope this review will lead to neccesary conversations and or training required at this organization.

Oscar and Ben are the worst people to work with I got a quote and little by little they kept giving me diffrent numbers after running my card and credit the coverage kept getting worse and worse They give you the run around saying they will call you back but don’t Don’t waste your time with this company Go with someone reliable right away The more you talk to them the more hostile they become after going from nice and friendly they turn rude and unprofessional

I have had a policy for 3 years. After looking at the policy and wanted to make changes. OSCAR sighed into the phone and would not give me his Last name, talked over me and hung up on me twice. I'm not sure who is in charge but that is enough for me to END the relationship.
