In addition to their great customer service, they were also able save me BIG money when I switched my policies over to them from State Farm. Very fast and efficent process with pleasant and reassuring human contact with Rob Mara, the owner, who provided evidecne of the high ratings of the insurance company issuing the coverage. The cost of coverage from a first rate company was way lower than we had been billed for our next renewal with our previous insurer. A very good experience switching agent and coverage.
