Rob Mara was beyond excellent. When I first called him he was in a meeting. He started texting me and got all the details. Within 2 hours he had given a commercial insurance quote. Amazingly simplified and assisted what would otherwise have been a time consuming and anxiety inducing process. Additionally, offered a wide array of knowledge on all three types of insurance we were contemplating. Remained incredibly communicative and followed up on any issues/concerns that arose, as soon as they arose. Great experience for an otherwise cumbersome process; would recommend to anyone and everyone especially as contrasted to my prior insurance company which my family had for nearly 75 years.
