I recently had an auto accident and totaled my car. I immediately called Evan after the wreck on Friday . By Monday at 8:30 am, his associate Brody got the ball in motion and I was given the names, phone numbers of individual people that I could expect to call me. Within 45 minutes I started receiving calls or texts from these individuals. All were kind , patient and wanted to be sure I understood and answered any questions i had. AMAZING! AMAZING! Evan was fantastic! He didn't rush me on the phone. He took ALOT of time explaining and walking through the many options available to me. He made me feel comfortable and assured in the decisions that I made! He encouraged me asking questions and never made me feel embarrassed for questions I asked. Fantastic customer service!
