I forgot the name of the guy whom I had spoken to, brian, maybe. Very polite & professional. The ladies who answered the phone were also very professional in the way they spoke to me and relayed messages to make sure I received a call back regarding some questions I had.
I have been a client at this insurance company for over 25 years, as well as my daughter for nearly 20 years with never an issue....until the past 6 months. Trying to get a car rental reimbursement of $659.11 since Dec.2020 when my daughter was broadsided by a Travelers Insurance client. No one at Maseychik will get this settled for us and I am about to get my lawyer involved. Incidentally, Maseychik also are agents for Travelers insurance and I am beginning to feel they are favoring the Travelers client over my daughter.... read more
My elderly Aunt was referred to this agency through a neighbor of hers who claimed they were one of the best Erie Agency’s around. My Aunt is a long time customer of Erie insurance, I believe well over 20 plus years. She had some questions she needed to get answered , as she was getting some conflicting info from her current agent.
