Excellent customer service every time I have dealt with insurance.
Mike and Chris have been the kindest people to work with. We were blown away by the savings at Erie!!!! We switched ALL OF OUR INSURANCE ... personal and business in one week! (We had a lot to cover!) Mike and Chris went over each insurance need thoroughly and we are so thankful... not one area was overlooked! I have been with Mike McDaniel and staff for several years. He's a good Christian man. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. I would recommend you visit them for all your insurance needs.
Called them about getting insurance on both of mine and my husband's vehicles and Susan handled or policy and she was exceptional. When I arrived at there office everyone was so friendly. Susan had everything ready for me and made you feel welcomed. I highly recommend this insurance office.
Mike is the best insurance salesman ever! He always helps you with whatever is going on. If he doesn't know he will find out for you. Regina is super friendly and always has a smile on her face. All the other staff also work hard to help you with any insurance needs. We have all our vehicles and boat and business insurance with them. Great place!
