We initially got our insurance with this company when Robby owned it as he was someone my mom knew well and liked. He was so easy to work with and friendly, and always offered incredible service. However, since he retired and Jackie took over, our experience has been torture. She is constantly belittling and unhelpful, and she goes out of her way to make our claims, questions, and complaints 1000x more difficult. Mike and Chris have been the kindest people to work with. We were blown away by the savings at Erie!!!! We switched ALL OF OUR INSURANCE ... personal and business in one week! (We had a lot to cover!) Mike and Chris went over each insurance need thoroughly and we are so thankful... not one area was overlooked! Mike is the best insurance salesman ever! He always helps you with whatever is going on. If he doesn't know he will find out for you. Regina is super friendly and always has a smile on her face. All the other staff also work hard to help you with any insurance needs. We have all our vehicles and boat and business insurance with them. Great place!

Called them about getting insurance on both of mine and my husband's vehicles and Susan handled or policy and she was exceptional. When I arrived at there office everyone was so friendly. Susan had everything ready for me and made you feel welcomed. I highly recommend this insurance office.
