This company sucks. Everything with them is text and you can't never speak with anyone. I have serious issues going on, I texted them about it, they ignored me. That stupid app that tracks your driving is pointless. They sent me a letter because of my excellent driving score, my bill was going to be 20.00 cheaper only to receive a follow-up letter stating my bill is actually 3 dollars hire than before. Messina Insurance Group stole money from me for an insurance premium AFTER I cancelled the policy! The customer service is HORRIFIC; they waited to refund my money for FOUR DAYS!!! I would steer clear of Messina Insurance Group. They do not care if you do what’s right, they do what’s right for them!!!

bought auto insurance policy here to buy from National General Insurance, and canceled in less than a month.They did not cancel the policy for over another 35 days and insists that i pay the $341, otherwise it will go to a collection agency. I have tried numerous of ways to find a resolution and of no luck. And as of now, no one is answering my phone calls or emails. I would not recommend this business.
