Heather has been helpful from the beginning when I started using Eerie Insurance 3 years ago. Then I combined my car and home the following year. I have been with Mike Embree's office for at least 8 years. I 've had great interactions with everyone on his staff. A great agency to be connected with. My other insurance company left me in a mess when I received a form letter saying my home owner's insurance was being dropped for a reason I still don't understand... never filled a single claim! Some sort of statistical analysis meant I was not longer worthy of coverage with a company I had for many years (it was first Med-Life, then switched to Farmer's before I was dropped). We highly recommend Embree Insurance Agency. We switched from a national brand this past summer and were shocked at our savings for identical coverage. Just this week we had our first "issue" and the Embree office took care of everything within minutes. Heather was pleasant, efficient, and helpful when initially setting up our new homeowners and auto insurance policies and the service has remained exceptional!
