I was yelled and screamed at by the agents that work at this location. The male agent ran up on me throwing papers at me while screaming and belittling myself. He even refused to print paperwork for me due to a technically on their insurance companies behalf. I work in guest relations and know no matter the situation you are to remain professional with your customers... WARNING WARNING!!!!! Rude and unpleasant call locating a Agent that CLAIMED he worked at this location. Person answering the phone kept hanging up on me when I tried to explain the situation, she wouldn't respond and remained silent on the phone and kept hanging up until I called back and the ANDREW answered the phone and presented himself as someone else. How about i call and This man with an accent hangs up on my face twice then puts the phone on do not disturb so i continue getting a voicemail because i asked to speak to an agent or someone in sales because i had a customer looking to buy insurance !!!
