Great experience overall. I've been with Mitchell for almost 7 years now. In recent, I needed some insurance for a home I was going to purchase. Jacki Maynard assisted me in finding the right policy for my needs. In addition, she helped me get better rates on my existing auto policy with them. We moved from Florida to Ohio in May of 2024. We needed new car and homeowners insurance,and I looked at different agencies for this. I chose Mitchell Ins.and was put in touch with Chrissy Carr. She bundled our insurances and found us very good insurance at a great price. Shes been very helpful and pleasant to deal with. We had to change both our car insurances in the last year and a half and,she took care of both quickly and continues to get us good deals. We are staying with Mitchell Ins.and Chrissy as long as in Ohio.

I would like to say Jackie at Mitchell Ins Co goes above in her customer service. She is always on top of my insurance needs. Her team does a great job of answering any questions you might have. All are friendly & knowledgeable. If you need a insurance co. & good, kind people to advise you. I highly recommend Jackie Maynard & her team at Mitchell Ins Co.

Chrissy Carr has been so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with my frequent changes and updates to all of my policies.
