When meeting with my agent, I found him to be professional, courteous and very informative. He answered many questions in words to be understood, and he went the extra mile to look further into other insurance I was not sure I needed. I felt so good after I left because he had found I was not completely covered as much as I thought I was with my other insurance. I feel safe with the coverage he offered. There was never any pressure on his part.
