I was retiring from an insurance company where I got a discount on premiums and wanted to get quotes from different insurance companies. I had heard of Mitchell Insurance and reached out. Chris compared my current coverages and provided the best options. I cut my bill in half BUT upped my coverage- with well known, well rated companies. I felt stupid for not having done it much earlier. I received the information quickly and was able to move on before my next premium was due. Highly recommend!!

Mitchell Insurance has been an awesome agency to fulfill my auto needs. When I was shopping around for coverage, my agent was able to find a company that would, not only accept my less than perfect history, but do so at the cheapest rate imaginable. On top of that, the service has always been timely and courteous and the staff very knowledgeable.

I changed to Mitchell Insurance from one of the “big box” agencies. I had become just a number to my previous agent, so I didn’t feel any allegiance to them. Ralph Chaffin and I met up for a cup of coffee to discuss some other business when he explained how his agency does business - it’s personal. They were great before they were sold by the previous owners. The only reason I originally used them was because my attorney’s family were owners.Now I deal with rude receptionists, incompetence, and rude agents. Not to mention all the mistakes they made to my policy such as the wrong address, company name, and even put DMV instead of DVM (I’m a vet, not the division of motor vehicles). I even got yelled at for contacting the underwriters directly. I could go on but the decision is yours...
