Patty is Amazing!! Never thought I would switch from USAA but I initially talked to Patty and she is great. Prompt, personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. Murray insurance is best agency I have come across. My previous agent would talk only at renewal while telling to call agency service centre for any service. Then told to continue same at renewal. So, I tried calling Murray and glad to get awesome service by Jennifer. She spent lot of time to go through different quotes and give great feedback for different issues I raised.
