Believe me, Patty Frazier knows her Erie Insurance products and has exceptional communication skills. She helped me understand our insurance needs and coverage options in a simple way. She answered multiple questions from me both by phone and email when I contacted her and followed up with me to be sure I understood all aspects of our policies. I felt both happy and satisfied, and I would highly recommend Patty if you are looking for a knowledgeable agent with superior customer service skills.

Jennifer from the Erie insurance agency was amazing! She helped me get great prices on car insurance for both my vehicles and home insurance. She was incredibly patient and answered all my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend her!

Call Patty! She wrote us a policy for home and auto, adding our new teen driver. The only painful part was realizing how bad my old company was, with what I was paying. Obviously they were NOT on my side. 🤣 Better coverage for both policies, for less than what I would have paid, had i stayed. You won't regret it!

I switched from State Farm to Erie and don’t regret it one bit. I’ve been attended with time and patience and really really appreciate how they’ve treated me. Shoutout to Patty for doing a remarkable job as my agent. If you get Patty just know you’re in good hands.
