Be careful using this place. They do not do their due diligence before signing you onto one of their affiliated car insurance partners. They will offer you a promising insurance rate, and have you switch over to one of their insurance carriers, only to then have you kicked from their policy without warning. Horrible customer service as well.
This is the most trustworthy and most professional insurance agency that I have ever dealt with. I have referred members of my family to this agency because I have been so pleased. Their employees are knowledgeable about all types of insurance, and they always answer any questions about coverage. Their customer service is the best. You can always get someone on the phone who is both friendly and knowledgeable (which, sadly, is rare these days). I give them the highest rating.
Ms. Celeste and Mr. David deserved more than 5 stars, they deserved millions of stars and a single first time call to their office made a huge difference already!
